Photo Description
A woman and a girl, possibly relatives or mother and daughter, standing in front of a house, presumably theirs, in Florida. This type of house pictured, known as a Cracker house, was common in Florida during this time period. This particular house looks to be a Creole cottage type of cracker house, due to its two front doors side-by-side and steep roof designed to shed rainwater, with a deep overhang covering the porch.
