Photo Description

Three woman and a toddler, presumably relatives or family, are shown with a dog and a horse outside their house. Two of the women and the toddler are standing with the animals, while the other woman is sitting on a chair on the porch behind them. The house, reminiscent of Cracker house type of architecture common in Florida at this time, is small and one-story and has a broad porch and a steep roof to shed rainwater. On the porch railing there are boxes and pails filled with plants or herbs, and a chicken in the background on the right side of the photograph.
