    Photo Description

A man, woman, and three children, presumably a family, standing in front of their house. The house is possibly a Creole Cottage type of Cracker house architecture, which was common in Florida at this time, seen in the double front doors and roof overhang covering the porch. On the porch, there are small boxes with plants in them, indicating these boxes might be used for holding or growing herbs and other types of vegetation. One of the boxes says "Pearline." Another box says "Octagon." In the background there is also a horse-drawn wagon.
