Abstract
The Associated Gas Distributors of Florida (AGDF) initiated a field demonstration program to identify energy use for electric and gas fryers to better understand the end-use energy impacts of this specific equipment type. This field demonstration program measured electric and gas fryer energy use in Burger King fast food service facilities. End-use energy were monitored to determine typical average daily energy use and monthly peak electric demand.
