Abstract
Significant progress towards fabrication of a CIGS cell coupon has been made. Acheivements include large area deposition of CIGS on 3" x 3" substrates and successful completion of monolithic cell interconnects. This report details the scientific challenges and technical solutions utilized during the optimization of laser scribing of molybdenum back contacts required for successful monolithic interconnections.
