Abstract
The Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) has previously developed a Participants Test and G-RIM spreadsheet for commercial energy conservation (EC) programs (FSEC-CR-1918-12, herein the 'commercial spreadsheet'). An economic analysis tool of this type is invaluable when preparing Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) submittal documents for energy conservation programs. The Associated Gas Distributors of Florida (AGDF) member utility companies are now seeking to expand the previous work to include residential applications.
