Abstract
In order to transfer the CIGS thin film PV development from laboratory scale to pilot plan level, efforts are being made to develop a 2' X 2' CIGS thin film PV coupon. High voltage testing of PV module has been realized to be a very effective tool for reliability testing of PV modules in outdoor locations, especially in hot and humid climate. Efforts are being made to test the PV modules from various manufacturers in the hot and humid climate of Florida.
