Abstract

Recommendations for OUC's residential programs are twofold:

  • New program elements that would be productive for the utility to offer and the basis and data to support the creation of such programs
  • New technology that it would be useful for OUC to co-sponsor for development for future deployment. This, in particular, could have a positive influence on the perception of OUC as a forward oriented utility.
