Abstract
Fourth quarter '08 report shows progress in accomplishing the SEEC objective of substantially increasing the deployment of high-performance "beyond-code" buildings across the southern region of the U.S. The report summarizes this quarter's activities for each of the project tasks including 1) partnership development, 2) resource development, 3) technical and policy support, and 4) outreach, education, training and certification.
