LDR 3212 Leadership Through Service: An Advanced Leadership Experience is a course that explores the concepts of social change through service learning.

This service project investigates how my work as a volunteer in an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) classroom translates into visible social change within the community.

Abstract, Summary, or Creative Statement

Throughout the semester, I have been helping to facilitate classroom operations at Brookshire elementary school. Although this includes tasks such as cleaning up and organizing papers, much of my work is done in regards to forming relationships with each of the students and getting to know them each individually.
