The go-between

Abstract

Inspired by personal experiences of my childhood and my life in the military, this collection of work chronicles the world I encountered; a sometimes uncomfortable world where both action and consequence were beyond my reach. The stories are told through the eyes of one main character, Jack. Instead of the luxury of choosing to contemplate the grander questions of life, by virtue of his setting Jack is confronted by them. Other times he is comforted by the monotony that life, relationships, and war sometimes offer.
