Mel Pace, Associate Dean of the School of Library and Information Science, USF

Mel Pace will be speaking about the duties in the "typical" librarian job. Mr. Pace has been the Associate Dean of the School of Library and Information Science at USF for the past four years. His duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses and writing grants. He has also been involved with several academic projects in South America. Prior to joining the faculty at the USF, Mr. Pace taught elementary school and worked in sales and marketing for many years.
