Abstract
We developed a detailed protocol for technology that detects Mycobacterium avium paratuberculosis (MAP) in blood derivatives samples from human by culture and PCR. The technology has potential to be used for screening blood samples from millions of patients with inflammatory and non-inflammatory bowel diseases for MAP.
