Abstract
Two-photon flourescence imaging is fast becoming the premier technique for nondestructive, 3-D imaging in the biological and biomedical research fields, both in living and nonliving systems. This technology currently used in two-photon flourescene imaging emanates from conventional flourescence microscopy.
