The house is surrounded by a fence and appears to be undergoing maintenance of some kind as there are both ladders and scaffolding present. On the left side is the Congregational Church of Winter Park before the addition of the steeple. On the back left-hand side of the photo, "Cong. Church and Tantum's House" is written.
