Lisa Dieker and Rebecca Hines sit down and talk with University of Central Florida (UCF) Alumni and Zumba lover, Elyse Mundelein. Elyse Mundelein became the first person with Down syndrome to be elected into UCF's SGA, but her journey didn't start there. Working alongside her support system, she has have created opportunities not only on campus but citywide for students with disabilities.
