I Recd [received] thyne [yours] dated ye [the] 28th of ye [the] Second mo. [month] 70
whereby I was Glad to heare [hear] of thy [your] health and wellfare [welfare]
and hastily wishing that [cross out] ye [the] Lord may keep
thee [you] and all ye [the] Rest of [cross out] Our freind [friend] & schoole mates [schoolmates]
toe [to] Enjoy ye [the] same happiness, so my Love to all my
