As a researcher of women and girls, Dr. M. C. Santana will share with us some of her findings about women in the workforce and the outlook for young women seeking promotion. She will discuss success stories of women leaving college, as well as the current situation of women in low paying jobs. In addition, she will share some of the difficulties for women and minorities moving past middle management in the US job market.
