Abstract

Since World War II, science and technology (S & T) has played an increasingly important role as a powerful force for promotion of the economy and society. Numbers studies have proven that S & Tare a significant capacity to sharpen nearly every aspect of human experience--from industrial development and work to religious beliefs. Now, we live in a technological society (or " big science age") in which all activities are touched by the effects of S & T. Advances in S & Tare the basis of the development of modern industry and agriculture, shaping the structure of modern societies and the relationship r between nations . Technological changes increasingly affect patterns of resource use and population growth, forcing our attention to the global impacts of S & T .
