Title
Microcomputer Programs For Thermodynamics. Part I: Programs For Ibm-Pc.
Abstract
To help students become more comfortable with using microcomputers, the author has instituted a design assignment in an advanced thermodynamics class for Mechanical engineering majors which requires student teams to develop programs for various thermodynamics applications. This paper makes available the results of some of these assignments. The University of Central Florida currently has two major microcomputer facilities available for student use: IBM-PCs and Tektronix-4051's. Part I of this paper describes programs which have been developed for the IBM's and Part II describes programs that have been developed for the Tektronix'.
