Inexpensive Alternatives To Computers For Classroom Use

Abstract

Five inexpensive reading machines which incorporate some of the features of computers were evaluated by graduate students after use in the classroom and reading laboratory. Ten criteria were rated on a five point scale. Results indicated overall teacher acceptance of each material. © 1981 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
