Title

Transfer Of Microelectronics Technology To The Third World.

Abstract

Now that information is the blood line of the modern industrial state, the Third World countries need to embrace the development opportunities of the computer age. The challenge of bridging the gap lies in the cultural realization and educational support of these nations. The entrepreneur should play a key role in the introduction of creative adaptation to local conditions or 'blending' with traditional activities. Several basic considerations are examined to justify immediate action. The flexibility of adaptation of the digital technology has been supported by actual applications in different developing economies.
