Title
Graduate Cirriculum For Simulation/Training Professionals.
Abstract
The University of Central Florida has recently established an Institute for Simulation and Training to support research and educational programs in this field. The design of a new M. S. program developed as a part of this activity is presented and courses in the new degree program are discussed. Areas of research in simulation and training of current interest at the University are reviewed. Traditional interest in technology of training systems has had a military impetus; it is suggested that rapidly developing high-technology industry has many of these same needs and constraints formerly associated with the military area.
