Title
State-Plane Analysis Of High Order Parallel Resonant Converters
Abstract
In this paper, we present the state-palne analysis of a generalized half-bridge parallel resonant converter (PRC) operating in the continuous conduction mode. It is shown that converter circuits of any order can be analyzed in terms of simple two-dimensional state-plane diagrams. The presented approach makes use of the state variable transformation technique that was used for the analysis of second and third order PRC. To illustrate our analytical approach, the analysis which is based on the state variable transformation method for a 6th order parallel resonant converter is presented.
