Bisrcacuo Superconducting Thin Films On Lagao3 And Srtio3 By Rf Sputtering
Abstract
Under the same rf deposition and post annealing conditions, BiSrCaCuO (BSCCO) thin films on LaGaO3 show better superconducting properties than BSCCO films on SrTiO3 with Tc 2-3K higher and Jc an order of magnitude higher at the same temperature. Besides, due to its well textured structure, the films on LaGaO3 show good 2D behavior. The Kosterlitz-Thouless transition point TKT is about 2K lower than Ginzburg-Landau superconducting transition point Tco. © 1990.
