Title
BRIEFING: Beam reconstruction by iteration of electromagnetic field with induced nonlinearity gauge
Abstract
`Nonlinear gauge' approach is presented for the full reconstruction of both the absolute intensity and phase profile in the focal region of high power laser beams, without assumptions about the structure of the beam. Mathematically, this beam reconstruction by iteration of electromagnetic field with induced nonlinearity gauge (BRIEFING) is equivalent to the solution of an inverse problem: determination of the complex field distribution in the focal region, which produces the two far-field patterns, with given strength of nonlinearity.
