Title
Employee job stress in the AIDS service organization: A study of personal and job factors
Abstract
This study examined employees' perceived job stress in a community- based AIDS service organization. The study reveals that: 1) these employees have a relatively low level of job stress and 2) their perceived job stress is correlated not to personal characteristics but to job-related factors, including job security, work/family conflict, and role ambiguity/conflict. Implications concerning the results of the study are discussed.
