Migration Protocols For Computer-Controlled Simulation Entities In Interactive Training Environments
Abstract
A migration protocol for computer-controlled entities is proposed. In particular, the High Level Architecture (HLA) Federate Interface Definition is extended to add the capability of CGF vehicle migration through object ownership transfer. The different detection mechanisms that can be used to trigger the migration of CGF entities are presented.
