Title
Two Dimensional Power Combining Array Employing An Extended Resonance Technique
Abstract
A two dimensional spatial power combining structure using an extended resonance technique is presented. This method forms a single resonant structure from many active devices. A nine MESFET two dimensional combiner driving nine patch antenna elements is designed and fabricated. An effective radiated power of 6.06 W at 7.33 GHz was obtained.
