Stirap In Waveguides: Linear And Nonlinear Effects In An Adiabatic Three-Core System
Abstract
We demonstrate an adiabatic passage between uncoupled waveguides, in analogy with the quantum effects of STIRAP. In the nonlinear regime the associated adiabatic light passage is found to critically depend on the excitation power levels. © 2008 Optical Society of America.
