Fluorene-Based Two-Photon Fluorescent Probes For Specific Biomolecule Labeling And Oligopeptide Conjugation
Abstract
Two-photon absorbing amine-reactive fluorenyl-based probes were synthesized for biomolecule labeling and oligopeptide conjugation. Conventional and two-photon fluorescence microscopy imaging of H1299 and HeLa cells, incubated with novel efficient two-photon absorbing fluorescent probes, is demonstrated. © 2008 Optical Society of America.
