Abstract
This paper deals with E-optimal incomplete block designs in blocks of size three when observations within each block are correlated according to a conditional autonormal process. The optimality problem is addressed within various subclasses of connected designs under generalized least squares estimation of treatment contrasts. © 2008 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
