Title
Green Integrated Photonics
Abstract
Harvesting the optical energy lost to two-photon absorption in integrated photonic devices offers two advantages: reduced optical loss and simultaneous electrical power generation. This nonlinear photovoltaic effect may pave the path towards green integrated photonics. © 2009 Optical Society of America.
