High Power And High Energy Self-Frequency Doubling Nd3+-Doped Ycob Lasers
Abstract
High-power, diode-pumped continuous wave (CW) visible self-frequency doubling (SFD) laser systems are discussed along with flash-pumped systems incorporating neodymium SFD crystals. A polaroid polychrome laser system, consisting of multiple single emitters, was employed to scale the SFD radiation to higher powers. The neodymium crystal was coated with a triple-band anti-reflection coating.
