Title
Overview On Transflective Liquid Crystal Displays
Abstract
Viewing angle is a very important parameter in transflective liquid crystal display (LCD). Recently, a simulation program based on the 2x2 extended Jones matrix method is developed. Using this program, one can simulate the viewing angle of both T-mode and R-mode. Hence, one needs to change the propagation direction of wave vector in the extended Jones matrix when treating with the reflected light.
