Title
White Light Solitons
Abstract
Numerical analysis of white-light solitons in noninstantaneous nonlinear media is presented. It is shown that during the formation of white light solitons, spatio-temporal coherence properties of the light are changed in a characteristic fashion. The results are shown for the Kerr, δn(I)=γI, and the more realistic saturable mutual spectral density theory for the propagation of white light in noninstantaneous nonlinear medium, the coherent density theory, and modal theory.
