Title
Enabling A Continuum Of Virtual Environment Experiences
Abstract
A technology that allowed seamless transitions between levels of immersion in virtual environment (VE) is presented. The concept of a virtuality continuum extends to multimodal VEs which combines multiple sensory stimuli leading to a multidimensional virtuality continuum. The artificial reality center (ARC) is expanded to enable multiple remotely networked ARCs.
