Title
Magnetically Aligned Single Wall Carbon Nanotube Films: Preferred Orientation And Anisotropic Transport Properties
Abstract
The orientation and anisotropic transport properties of magnetically aligned single wall carbon nanotube (SWNT) films were investigated. The field-induced alignment with X-ray fiber diagrams and polarized Raman scattering were characterized by using a model which included a completely unaligned fraction. It was shown that both X-ray and Raman data were required for a complete texture analysis of oriented SWNT materials.
