As2S3 Surface Chemistry Changes Under Ion Sputtering By Xps
Abstract
This paper reports our results on XPS studies of the chemical variation of As2S3 glass due to the effect of ion sputtering. The principal core levels are studied by XPS before and after exposure to an Ar+ ion beam.
