Title
Nanometer X-Ray Microscopy Of Labeled Live Biological Organisms With A Nanosecond Laser-Plasma Source
Abstract
Nanometer X-ray microscopy of biological organisms with a nanosecond laser-plasma source was presented. A technique in which combined labeled images of specific sites in the organisms were obtained through both XRM and LSCM was also presented. A high-resolution (∼30 nm) x-ray radiograph was obtained in a very short time.
