Phase Noise Measurement Of Multiwavelength Coherent Comb Generator
Abstract
The phase noise measurement of multiwavelength coherent comb generator was described. The phase coherence of the longitudinal modes by electric field correlations of the modelocked pulsetrain was characterized. Pulses with arbitrary delay were correlated by using a Michelson interferometer. The optical fringe contrast measured as a function of pulse delay for the fundamentally modelocked laser was shown.
