Two-Photon Absorption In Semiconductor Quantum-Dot
Abstract
We report degenerate and non-degenerate two-photon absorption spectra of II-VI semiconductor quantum-dots. We find that these spectra depend on quantum dot size and size distribution. We propose a theory for explaining the non-degenerate case. © 2005 Optical Society of America.
