Abstract
The fluorescence emission spectra of Cr:Yb:YAG crystal are measured and the effective stimulated emission cross section of the crystal are obtained from -80 °C to +80 °C. A linear temperature dependence between -80 °C and +80 °C is reported for the 1.03 μm peak stimulated emission cross section of Cr:Yb:YAG crystal. © 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
