Title
Self-Humidification Of Pem Fuel Cells By Internal Humidity Exchanger
Abstract
A membrane humidifier integrated fuel cell has been designed to provide humid feed gases into fuel cells without external humidification. A model is developed to describe the diffusion of water vapor through Nafion membrane. Compared with dry feed, the self-humidified fuel cells improved the performance of fuel cell significantly. The concept of self-humidification has been proved and may be integrated into the design of compact fuel cells.
