Title
Novel Design To Increase The Angular Tolerance Of Grating Resonance Devices At Oblique Incidence
Abstract
Guided-mode resonant (GMR) structure using hexagonal-lattice grating is proposed to enhance angular tolerance of resonances at oblique incidence. Exciting radial-propagation modes, resonances with high angular tolerance (∼1̈) and narrow spectral bandwidth (∼0.3 nm) are achieved. © 2007 Optical Society of America.
