Title
Soliton Transitions In Optical Lattices
Abstract
It is theoretically shown that Bloch (band to band) and soliton (gap to gap) transitions are possible in optical lattices. This can be achieved in waveguide arrays with modulated channel widths along the propagation direction. ©2007 Optical Society of America.
