Virtual Collaborative Design Environments: A Review, Issues, Some Research, And The Future
Abstract
A study of virtual collaborative design environments (VCDEs) was carried out. VCDEs are used by innovative private and public sector organizations to develop new products and weapon systems as part of their technology management initiatives. VCDE provides insights into the use of virtual environment technologies to support product development, system acquisitions, and a variety of other collaborative activities.
