Stability Of Narrow Discrete Solitons In Quadratic Nonlinear Media
Abstract
We present a linear stability analysis for strongly localized modes in discrete media with quadratic nonlinearity. Stability criteria for modes of different topology are derived in terms of the fourth order polynomials. Various instability scenarios are discussed.
