Dark Solitons With Asymmetric Background In Nonlinear Waveguide Arrays
Abstract
This work demonstrates for the first time that discreteness may support qualitatively different mechanisms of localization. As a result, dark discrete solitons with an asymmetric background and shock waves with finite background formed.
