Title
Innovative Micro-Cavity Resonator Design Using Particle Swarm Optimization
Abstract
Particle swarm optimization is used to design innovative geometries of micro-cavity optical resonators with very high q-factors at desired resonances. The quality factor and resonant frequency of the cavity are evaluated using eigenmode analysis. © 2007 Optical Society of America.
